Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Connect and CRM Ops to learn and apply a whole-team testing approach.
- Participate in 3 amigos sessions, bug bashes, incident learning reviews, testability reviews, and operability reviews.
- Contribute to technical discussions and identify opportunities to improve testability.
- Identify and automate appropriate tests with teammates.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected risks.
- Contribute to a fast, reliable pipeline that provides feedback on every change toward production.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Customer Success to understand customers and help manage incidents.
Requirements
- Experience in a software testing or quality role, with industry placement or bootcamp experience considered.
- Experience with exploratory testing or willingness to develop that skill.
- Interest in applying testing techniques, tools, and approaches based on context.
- Curiosity about technically complex systems and comfort learning new technologies with support.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Comfort learning new technologies and systems.
