Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, manual test cases, automated test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional analysts, engineering, development, and QA teams.
- Analyze logs, verify and reproduce defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and support defect correction.
- Perform API and service automation, test data management, and data validation.
- Develop and maintain automation using Robot Framework with Python and modern automation technologies.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps automation using GitHub Actions.
- Participate in scrum calls, retrospectives, sprint planning, user story estimation, and point estimation.
- Coordinate with the team to accomplish testing and delivery tasks.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of QA experience is required.
- Expertise in Robot Framework with Python, API and service automation, CI/CD and DevOps automation, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with AI-assisted quality engineering using GitHub Copilot and GenAI tools.
- Experience with test data management, data validation, modern automation frameworks, and emerging automation technologies.
- Hands-on understanding of databases and SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to root-cause complex issues.
- Experience writing manual test cases based on acceptance test criteria.
- Strong communication, coordination, independent-working, self-motivation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model, dynamic locators, and waits is preferred.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and reporting tools such as Allure or Extent is preferred.
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks is an advantage.
