Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests validating software functionality and quality.
- Perform system integration testing, including automation, for newly developed or enhanced applications.
- Review requirements and design artifacts, develop unit, integration, and system test cases, and ensure extensive test coverage.
- Identify, diagnose, and remediate software defects while improving the overall testing process.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
- Perform backend and API test automation using tools such as Rest Assured and Karate.
- Support project coordination, technical management, business requirement translation, and knowledge of supported systems and platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium and TestNG.
- Experience with CI/CD technologies and tools including CloudBees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, and Jira.
- Experience testing components based on modern scripting languages.
- Strong experience with automated testing and backend API test automation using Rest Assured or Karate.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL, including experience writing SQL queries, preferred.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall environments and onsite/offshore work-model coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
