Responsibilities
- Test ServiceNow solutions and coordinate support and development efforts within the product team.
- Support, administer, and maintain ServiceNow portals, knowledge products, and associated applications.
- Develop advanced test plans for the Colleague Experiences development team.
- Write user stories, test plans, and test scripts.
- Execute testing scripts and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework test packages.
- Test ServiceNow application and platform upgrades.
- Assist with designing and implementing service portals and knowledge management solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience planning testing needs and writing and executing test scripts.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across different areas to develop and deliver portal solutions.
- Experience in an Agile project environment, preferably SAFe or Scrum.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
