Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive automation test plans and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Build and maintain reusable test frameworks, regression suites, and smoke suites.
- Conduct functional, regression, database, API, backend, and platform testing.
- Automate APIs and test microservices, web services, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Test GenAI applications, LLM-based systems, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to lead quality efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation, including quality efforts on complex distributed systems.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience writing maintainable test frameworks.
- Experience testing backend or platform systems, microservices, and API layers.
- Deep understanding of test design principles, CI/CD integration, scalable test automation, QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with automation and test frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Protractor.
- Experience with API automation, database testing, SQL queries, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
- Enterprise SaaS testing experience and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience testing GenAI products, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI platforms.
- Preferred domain knowledge in sales, sales engagement, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Preferred experience contributing to AI quality strategies in a product or research environment.
