Responsibilities
- Build full-stack enterprise agent solutions that integrate with complex systems and orchestrate workflows.
- Own end-to-end product execution from ideation through deployment.
- Develop robust, reliable, user-centric software incorporating AI advancements.
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback, refine features, and evolve products for real-world challenges.
- Design, implement, maintain, and operate scalable distributed systems.
- Contribute hands-on to the team’s engineering and applied AI mission.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of either Rust or C++.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, horizontally scalable distributed systems.
- Knowledge of service observability and reliability best practices.
- Experience operating PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and CockroachDB.
- Expert knowledge of Python is preferred.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript and gRPC is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns is preferred.
- Track record of delivering user-facing software at scale is preferred.
