Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical execution of AI Center of Excellence initiatives aligned with global business objectives.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions using AWS, Azure, Google Gemini, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Build autonomous systems and multi-agent orchestrations using n8n and Model Context Protocol.
- Establish enterprise practices for ModelOps, LLM security, data privacy, ethical AI, explainability, access control, and governance.
- Integrate AI capabilities with Oracle Fusion, ERP, Oracle integrations, Salesforce ecosystems, and enterprise APIs.
- Define scalable architectures for data ingestion, enrichment, model inference, security, and observability.
- Partner with product, engineering, business, and delivery stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support proofs of concept, pilots, production rollouts, performance optimization, and GCP cost management.
- Mentor data engineers and AI developers and provide architectural guidance to the AI engineering organization.
- Document architecture, decisions, and reusable patterns while collaborating through JIRA and Confluence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall technology experience, including 3–5+ years in AI/ML or GenAI architecture.
- Experience designing AI solutions with Google Gemini, Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, APIs, IAM, logging, and monitoring.
- Deep experience with LLMs, GenAI workflows, RAG, agents, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector stores, grounding, agent orchestration, and MLOps.
- Strong Oracle Fusion, ERP, database, integration, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, APIs, and Data Cloud integration experience.
- Track record integrating RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere with AI.
- Strong background in API design, microservices, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with data pipelines and transformation for structured and unstructured data.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, manage ambiguity, and explain complex AI concepts to executives and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion AI Studio, Oracle OCI, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Mulesoft, n8n, or Model Context Protocol is highly desirable.
