Base Salary
$145k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and launch conversational agents, RAG platforms, and automated workflows for customer and enterprise operations.
- Architect backend microservices and MCP integrations with enterprise SaaS and data platforms.
- Build deterministic tool workflows, agent collaboration models, and customer-safe response behaviors.
- Implement Evals-as-Code, regression testing, production observability, reliability, and low-latency capabilities.
- Partner with product, platform, and security teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on production backend or platform development.
- Strong Python proficiency, including asynchronous programming, API development, and structured data modeling.
- Hands-on experience architecting LLM applications, RAG pipelines, conversational systems, and tool-calling agents.
- Expertise with REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, API integrations, and enterprise SaaS systems.
- Experience with Docker and cloud deployment tooling such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Preferred experience with MCP, FastMCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, vector search engines, knowledge graphs, Salesforce, Contentful, Ragas, DeepEval, promptfoo, LangSmith, or AI security guardrails.
