Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready enterprise software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end application components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an integration focus rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
