Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required; the additional information specifies 6 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including Java and Spring Boot or comparable backend technologies.
- Experience with one or more of .NET, C#, or Python is listed as a full-stack backend option.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript for frontend development.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
