Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components for full-stack enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features when relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, production-ready software using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operations practices while maintaining quality and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is stated in the project role requirements, with additional information specifying a minimum of 6 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- Strong Java full-stack development experience, including enterprise engineering and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an integration focus rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
