Responsibilities
- Identify and define enhancements for application systems using application development procedures and concepts.
- Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement system improvements.
- Use business, system, and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues and evaluate options.
- Write basic code for design specifications, use script tools, and conduct testing and debugging.
- Develop working knowledge of client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications.
- Assess risk, comply with applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with programming and debugging used in business applications.
- Working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and programming languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific business area relevant to application development.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
