Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered agents, automations, and workflows that reduce repetitive work for GTM representatives and managers.
- Turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into dashboards, scores, alerts, and other actionable field insights.
- Audit the GTM tooling stack, identify gaps and redundancies, and prioritize an independent backlog.
- Rapidly build rep-productivity workflows in response to field requests.
- Develop custom AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when low-code tools are insufficient.
- Design workflows with attention to upstream and downstream system implications and long-term maintainability.
- Integrate third-party APIs to synchronize events and information across GTM systems.
- Document systems and workflows so they are discoverable, understandable, and trusted.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or technical Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth AI-native B2B company.
- Production experience building agents and internal GTM applications on Vercel with durable workflows and sandboxed execution.
- Hands-on production fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Strong hands-on experience using Clay as an enrichment and workflow platform.
- Direct Salesforce experience, including knowledge of its data model and ownership of CRM-level changes.
- Track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar integration and automation platforms, plus APIs and webhooks.
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Preferred experience includes BigQuery, Databricks, Sigma, Hex, Gumloop, Notion Agents, Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, and Mastra.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with technical software sales cycles, complex GTM motions, tool-stack consolidation, and reusable systems design.
