Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to maximize the value of their Workday investments.
- Collaborate with sales prospects to set expectations and define project scope.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve integrations and explore new functionalities.
- Proactively suggest and implement new ways to support customer needs.
- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations focused on payroll systems.
- Provide technical expertise in payroll integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations.
- Manage stakeholders and project deliverables for timely implementation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on Core HCM and payroll integrations.
- Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll and Integration Core.
- Proven experience adapting to new Workday environments.
- Strong background in consulting or project-based work focused on customer value.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex integration issues.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools like EIB and Workday Studio.
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes related to Payroll and Time Tracking.
