Responsibilities
- Showcase the value of Deel’s HR platform to deliver technical wins.
- Consult with prospective customers to assess their current processes and identify opportunities.
- Own solution discovery, RFP responses, and platform demonstrations during sales cycles.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs.
- Challenge the status quo to improve processes and communication of value.
- Develop and maintain technical enablement assets for sales support.
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars and joint solution workshops.
- Stay updated on technology trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant.
- Previous experience with a Global HRIS provider is preferable.
- Understanding of the hire to retire HRIS workflow is essential.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Outstanding presentation skills with a focus on value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
