Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools for test case generation, review, and execution.
- Create self-service tooling that empowers developers to own quality and receive fast feedback.
- Integrate new automation tools into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous feedback.
- Collaborate with QA and Test Automation Engineers to develop automated solutions.
- Architect and implement accessibility testing solutions across the value stream.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Work with Python and Go for tooling development and understand mobile platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong background in scalable systems.
- Experience or strong interest in AI and machine learning for software testing.
- Proficient in Python and/or Go.
- Understanding of mobile development principles, with experience in Swift or Kotlin a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver with a knack for identifying inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
