Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform.
  • Proactively engage with customers to mature their automation programs.
  • Guide infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Enable customer stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations.
  • Perform technical health checks of customer automation programs.
  • Collaborate with Product Support to resolve escalated support incidents.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Experience with UiPath Automation Suite.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programming .NET/Java applications.
  • 2+ years of cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management.
  • Expertise in software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks like Langgraph or CrewAi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
