Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Growth
HelloFreshResponsibilities
- Build integration layers for visual AI pipelines processing multimodal embeddings for predictive models.
- Transition proof-of-concept models into resilient production microservices and architect LLM-based orchestration frameworks.
- Engineer high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines for first-party data and signals sent to Meta and Google.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve value-forecasting efficiency.
- Establish CI/CD processes, feature stores, and drift detection for continuous delivery and model reliability.
- Operate, instrument, monitor, and improve systems in production.
- Use AI tooling and take ownership of architectural and engineering outcomes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Experience leading the full lifecycle of production ML systems from architecture through scalable deployment and monitoring.
- Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure for cost-effective, resilient, and automated ML infrastructure.
- Deep technical proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace.
- Expert programming skills in Python and PySpark.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience taking ML systems from prototype to high-traffic production.
- Experience engineering data architectures that combine structured offline conversion data with unstructured multimedia assets.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, product sense, and ability to use data and user evidence to guide product decisions.
