Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering managers to enhance the business and engineering platform.
- Share ownership of the product and contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Define the team's technical direction and roadmap.
- Identify and drive technical improvements through multi-month projects.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the server-driven UI framework.
- Engage in backend development for server-driven UI functionalities.
- Optimize frameworks for peak performance and scalability.
- Mentor fellow developers and share industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and frameworks like React.
- Extensive experience in fullstack development with modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to execution.
- Passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and performant code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
