Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure platforms, services, and tooling for large-scale application development.
- Own and deliver complex, multi-phase technical projects from design through production rollout.
- Develop backend systems and shared services using languages such as Go and Python.
- Design and improve Kubernetes-based systems, including cluster architecture and deployment workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to provision and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS.
- Diagnose and resolve high-impact system issues across distributed systems.
Requirements
- Significant experience building backend or infrastructure systems using languages such as Go, Python, or similar.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience leading technical projects and guiding architectural decisions.
- Comfortable mentoring engineers and contributing to team-wide technical direction.
