Base Salary
$136k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of feature areas from design to post-launch monitoring.
- Design, build, and ship high-quality, production-ready features.
- Quickly deliver high-quality bug fixes and address customer-reported issues.
- Write clean, maintainable code and uphold high engineering quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven ability to deliver complex features.
- Experience in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
- Solid experience with Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
- Practical experience building and operating distributed systems in a cloud environment.
- Ability to produce clear technical designs and documentation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex systems.
- A track record of delivering high-quality features with comprehensive test coverage.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
