Base Salary
$130k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and marketing to ship features and experiments.
- Independently execute end-to-end projects from scoping to implementation.
- Build and contribute to growth infrastructure including experimentation tooling and personalization features.
- Design and implement scalable services and APIs for marketplace operations.
- Use data to drive decisions and partner with Analytics and Data Science.
- Optimize user-facing experiences for performance and conversion.
- Write clean, well-tested code and share knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with frontend (TypeScript, React) and/or backend (Kotlin, Java) technologies.
- Proven ability to ship features end-to-end.
- Familiarity with experimentation concepts like A/B testing.
- Comfortable working with data and interpreting metrics.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user and business needs.
- Experience in a growth or consumer product environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- A passion for technology and curiosity for new tools.
