Responsibilities
- Build applications and user experiences for managing fulfillment-center staffing assignments.
- Participate in scoping, system design, implementation, testing, delivery, and software improvement discussions.
- Maintain existing codebases and develop new software components.
- Deliver high-quality, test-driven code and contribute to deployment and QA processes.
- Collaborate with product, research science, UX, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to coding, mentoring, cross-functional projects, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
