Responsibilities
- Build and maintain large-scale enterprise applications using Java, Spring, microservices, databases, and container solutions.
- Design highly resilient, fault-tolerant, high-throughput application ecosystems.
- Develop event-streaming solutions using Kafka and deploy containerized applications on AKS and Azure.
- Implement CI/CD, test automation, application lifecycle activities, vulnerability scanning, and operational monitoring.
- Integrate commercial off-the-shelf solutions such as Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, and BioCatch with enterprise capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership for proof-of-concepts, solution design, Azure cloud adoption, and DevOps transformation.
- Lead and mentor developers and business systems analysts across junior to senior levels.
- Participate in ideation, design, build, testing, and ongoing application operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology program.
- 3–5 years of strong hands-on developer experience.
- Strong full-stack development background, primarily with Java, including enterprise-scale application development.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, Spring applications, container solutions, and integrations with large RDBMS, LDAP, and NoSQL systems.
- Experience with Azure, AKS, containerized deployments, Kafka event streaming, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
- Experience with commercial solutions including Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, and BioCatch.
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and observability tools such as Veracode, Sonar, Splunk, DataDog, and Dynatrace.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues, and contribute hands-on to solution design and implementation.
