Responsibilities
- Design and build highly resilient, fault-tolerant, high-throughput enterprise applications.
- Develop full-stack solutions primarily in Java, including APIs, microservices, Spring applications, and containerized solutions.
- Manage and integrate large relational, LDAP, and NoSQL data systems with enterprise capabilities and commercial solutions.
- Deploy containerized applications using AKS in Azure or comparable cloud infrastructure.
- Implement event-streaming solutions using Kafka and support Azure public cloud design and implementation.
- Use GitHub Actions and Jenkins to support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and test automation.
- Participate in proofs of concept, solution design, ideation, design, build, testing, and ongoing application operations.
- Lead high-performing professionals across junior-to-senior levels and mentor developers and business systems analysts.
- Provide technical leadership and champion public cloud Azure adoption.
- Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, ownership, and Agile delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology program.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of strong hands-on developer experience.
- Strong full-stack development background, primarily with Java, and experience building large-scale enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, Spring, containers, databases, LDAP, and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience integrating solutions such as Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, and BioCatch with enterprise capabilities.
- Experience deploying containerized solutions using AKS in Azure or similar cloud infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of GitHub Actions, CI/CD, event streaming with Kafka, and Azure public cloud design.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning, log management, observability, and application operations tools.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, lead and mentor developers, and participate in solution design and proofs of concept.
