Base Salary

$98k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver advanced technical sessions for various audiences.
  • Create structured enablement series aligned to customer maturity stages.
  • Develop repeatable technical learning paths to drive adoption.
  • Design scalable PoC frameworks for independent customer adoption.
  • Define technical success criteria for common adoption scenarios.
  • Produce deep technical assets like recorded walkthroughs and blogs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for non-support technical questions.
  • Provide architectural guidance on secure build pipelines and governance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Docker and container ecosystems.
  • Experience with secure software supply chain practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to present complex technical topics to senior engineering audiences.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience in producing technical content.
