Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced 1:many technical sessions, including webinars, live builds, architecture deep dives, and workshops.
- Create structured enablement series and repeatable technical learning paths aligned to customer maturity stages.
- Design scalable PoC frameworks, define technical success criteria and evaluation benchmarks, and translate Docker capabilities into implementable architecture patterns.
- Lead targeted 1:1 workshops or guided PoCs for complex or high-value technical initiatives when needed.
- Produce recorded walkthroughs, architecture reference guides, advanced implementation blogs, reusable demo environments, and other technical assets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated non-support technical questions and provide guidance on secure pipelines, supply chain integrity, container governance, AI/ML workload governance, and AI agent architecture.
- Partner with Sales Engineers and post-sales teams to maintain technical continuity without owning deal cycles.
- Surface field-informed architectural friction, governance gaps, and adoption blockers to Product and Engineering.
- Establish repeatable enablement sessions, codified PoC patterns, technical content backlogs, and customer-ready technical kits.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar technical roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Docker and container ecosystems, secure software supply chain practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native architecture.
- Experience designing and executing structured proofs of concept with defined success criteria.
- Ability to present complex technical topics clearly to senior engineering audiences.
- Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical blogs or deep technical content.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML development workflows, model packaging, dependency management, reproducibility, and governance in containerized environments.
- Preferred practical experience with AI coding agent runtimes and sandboxed execution environments, including agent isolation and MCP tool governance.
- Preferred familiarity with Docker SBX, MCP Gateway, SBOMs, artifact signing, provenance, SLSA concepts, vulnerability management, and policy enforcement.
- Preferred understanding of container image lifecycle management, SSDLC practices, policy-as-code, compliance controls, DevSecOps integration, governance frameworks, NIST guidance, and the EU AI Act.
- Preferred experience designing reusable lab environments, demo frameworks, or reference architectures, with a background in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or Security Architecture.
