Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and industry clouds.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce-native capabilities.
- Architect enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Establish data architecture, security models, governance frameworks, DevOps strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, solution design workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, FSC Claims, data models, and industry-specific configuration.
- Experience designing and building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware technologies, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Platform Events, including build-versus-configure evaluation.
- Experience establishing data architecture, security models, DevOps practices, deployment strategies, governance, and compliance for complex Salesforce programs.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, financial services or insurance experience, TOGAF or other enterprise architecture framework familiarity, solution workshop leadership, executive-level communication, and consulting or professional services experience.
