Base Salary
$138k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and industry clouds, including FSC Claims.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Integration APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce-native capabilities.
- Architect enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Establish data architecture, security models, governance frameworks, DevOps strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution design workshops with internal, client, business, and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, FSC Claims, data models, and industry-specific configuration.
- Experience designing and building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware technologies, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Platform Events, including build-versus-configure decisions.
- Experience with data architecture, security models, DevOps practices, deployment strategies, governance, and compliance for complex Salesforce programs.
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are preferred.
- Financial services or insurance experience, particularly in claims or policy management, is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, executive-level communication, solution design workshops, and technical assessments is preferred.
- Consulting or professional services experience across multiple client engagements is preferred.
