Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, owning technical delivery, project health, delivery plans, and successful go-live outcomes.
  • Partner with account teams, sales leadership, customers, and technical stakeholders to align migration work with business, renewal, and expansion objectives.
  • Translate complex migration challenges and technical architectures into clear business decisions and facilitate customer enablement sessions.
  • Coordinate with Global Delivery Center engineering partners, delegate repeatable technical work, and remain accountable for output quality.
  • Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits for discovery, data mapping, code conversion, migration health reporting, and task automation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau and provide release recommendations for performance and stability.
  • Act as the technical point of contact during major migration incidents and communicate field insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with a strong focus on large-scale platform migrations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
  • Experience driving business value, facilitating technical discussions, navigating complex stakeholder conversations, and explaining technical architectures in business-friendly language.
  • Experience working with global or offshore delivery models such as a Global Delivery Center.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds and understanding of integrations with telephony systems, third-party data sources, and self-service portals.
  • Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation, plus AI literacy and prompt engineering skills.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience, including experience evaluated through work, military, volunteer, or extracurricular leadership experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, or Agentblazer are preferred.
  • Prior individual-contributor experience leading multi-million-dollar transformation engagements is preferred.

  • For British Columbia-based roles, the base salary hiring range is CAD 92,600 to CAD 240,400.
  • For Ontario-based roles, the base salary hiring range is CAD 92,600 to CAD 142,600 annually.
