Base Salary

$87k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications using Appian low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Support low-code development platforms from vision through production-ready implementation.
  • Gather client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
  • Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
  • Support cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.
  • Use automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
  • Mentor or supervise employees within a collaborative team environment.
  • Advise clients by translating IT needs and future goals into technical plans.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience using Appian low-code/no-code platforms.
  • At least 5 years of experience using low-code or no-code solutions for new or existing applications.
  • Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and optimizing automated workflows.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising employees in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
  • Preferred experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • A Secret clearance and a master's degree are preferred.
