Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale, distributed telco cloud platforms built on OpenShift and automation frameworks.
- Lead customer discovery, analysis, architecture, and design workshops, including pre-sales engagements and solution scoping.
- Lead consulting teams through customer pilot and production deployments.
- Design CNF/VNF onboarding and lifecycle-management workflows and automated deployment and operations pipelines.
- Integrate telco cloud platforms with customer network, IT, OSS/BSS, and legacy systems.
- Create architecture-driven Statements of Work, effort estimates, service-scoping materials, reusable methodologies, and delivery tools.
- Develop content for Red Hat sales, consulting, and support organizations and represent Red Hat through white papers, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Coordinate product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in telecommunications, network-related engineering, or computer science, or an equivalent industry certification.
- Deep knowledge of modern telecommunications networks, protocols, and software-based implementations.
- Deep experience designing and delivering cloud and automation technology for distributed telco network platforms.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, OpenStack, software-defined storage, and Ansible Automation in telco network environments.
- Strong background in consultative customer engagements with a major software vendor, systems integrator, network equipment provider, or telco services provider.
- Experience with multi-cluster platforms, edge environments, CNF/VNF onboarding, ZTP, GitOps, Day 2 operations, and integration with legacy OSS/BSS and network systems.
- Ability to work across complex, innovative, cross-functional environments with a solution-sales mindset and multiple products and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French, including experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms.
- Ability to self-study, learn new technologies quickly, and apply them in practice.
