Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the customer and partner voice by sharing feedback, insights, technical input, and success stories with engineering and product teams.
- Translate customer problems into Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and business-process solutions aligned with business outcomes, ROI, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Architect and deliver customer solutions through implementation, operational-health, change-management, and adoption engagements.
- Drive customer satisfaction, consumption, usage, retention, business growth, and expansion opportunities through trusted advisory and solution delivery.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and usage.
- Maintain technical readiness, contribute to frameworks and methodologies, and present Microsoft AI Business Process solutions to internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to intellectual property and develop scalable, repeatable solution patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and at least 4 years working on technical projects.
- Experience with cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications, is preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM applications, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, agent building, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot experiences is relevant to the role.
Benefits
- Base pay is listed at USD $106,400-$203,600 per year across the U.S., with a San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of USD $137,600-$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship.
