Responsibilities
- Engage directly with startup customers to provide technical advocacy and help them build scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud products.
- Create cloud-needs plans with customer account teams.
- Lead one-to-few and one-to-many technical sessions, workshops, and discussions for startup customers.
- Collaborate with AWS marketing, training, sales, business development, and product teams to create technical content and improve AWS services for startups.
- Advise startup founders, CTOs, and development teams on AI projects, cloud migrations, technical problems, cost management, and bringing products to market.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- At least 7 years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.
- Preferred: experience with end-user or developer communities and fast-paced, high-tech startup environments.
- Preferred: knowledge of software development tools and methodologies and experience architecting or operating AWS solutions.
- Preferred: experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
Benefits
- Base salary range of 146,000.00 to 211,600.00 CAD annually.
