Responsibilities
- Design and articulate robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions for client digital transformation programs.
- Advise senior and C-suite stakeholders and provide technical thought leadership on governance, business processes, program management, and technical challenges.
- Lead and provide oversight for critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
- Develop prototypes, demonstrations, technical architecture diagrams, documentation, frameworks, and reusable accelerators.
- Assess client environments and create transformation roadmaps to improve ServiceNow business value.
- Complete hands-on development of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Lead solution design, estimates, implementation plans, and proposal response materials.
- Drive continuous improvements to implementation methodologies and ServiceNow service offerings.
- Maintain current ServiceNow expertise through training, mentorship, hands-on experience, and required platform-release delta exams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a business-related field.
- At least 6 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a development and technical architecture capacity.
- At least 6 years of experience directly driving IT transformation and strategy planning, preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
- Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and Wagile.
- At least two ServiceNow mainline certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities with strong leadership and management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect designation is nice to have.
- Eligibility for reliability clearance is nice to have.
- Bilingual French and English capability is nice to have.
Benefits
- Full-time role with an annual base salary range of $82,600 to $132,600 for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
