Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define architecture strategy and deliver scalable Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Define project scope, delivery estimates, resource plans, timelines, and implementation and licensing requirements.
- Identify delivery risks and develop solutions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead geographically distributed, multifunctional teams across engineering, architecture, and business functions.
- Explain AEM architecture and Experience Cloud solutions to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Travel up to 20% domestically and occasionally internationally.
Requirements
- Experience in a consultative Architect or Principal Consultant role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems with significant Adobe Experience Manager proficiency.
- More than four years of experience crafting and delivering AEM-based solutions, including Sites, Assets, and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud.
- At least four years of experience with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across three or more listed solution areas.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe data management and querying tools such as Schema and Query Services.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and enterprise platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft.
- Experience with AEM integrations using REST APIs, cloud platforms and storage, structured and unstructured data flows, and security and data movement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Adobe Certified Expert certifications, particularly in AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront.
- Preferred experience includes AEM-led digital experience architecture, content management and lifecycle, headless and hybrid architectures, CDP and marketing automation, personalization, CRM integrations, commerce, omnichannel experiences, and media reporting.
- Familiarity with native, Flutter, or React Native mobile application integrations and generative or agent-based AI solutions is preferred.

- The U.S. base pay range is $178,200–$289,000 annually, with location-based variation; New York pay is $199,600–$289,000.
- Non-sales roles may be eligible for Adobe’s Annual Incentive Plan and certain roles may receive long-term new-hire equity awards.
- The role includes travel up to 20% domestically and occasional international travel.
