Responsibilities
- Lead technical enablement programs for system integrators, resellers, and technology partners implementing Chainguard Containers and Libraries.
- Collaborate with alliances, channel, sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams on joint strategies and partner growth.
- Create partner-facing integration guides, reference architectures, technical content, and best practices.
- Support post-sales engagements through implementation co-delivery, architecture reviews, and complex-environment escalation support.
- Serve as the technical liaison between partners and Chainguard Product and Engineering teams, communicating requirements and feedback.
- Assess partner technical capabilities and design programs to close enablement gaps.
- Maintain partner architecture documentation and share implementation lessons across the organization.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a post-sales client-support role, preferably in partner engineering, alliances, channel, or solutions architecture.
- At least 8 years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, including system integrators, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating scalable technical enablement programs and partner content.
- Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, alliances, and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Located in India.
