Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI agent deployments across enterprise systems.
- Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs, including data transformation and multi-system data flows.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios.
- Test architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance under real-world conditions.
- Scope deployments and provide architecture advice and execution support to customers and partners.
- Translate customer requirements and workflows into LLM prompts, conversational components, and reliable agent behavior.
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, Lexicons, and Regex.
- Document best practices, guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
- Resolve technical blockers with customers and internal Product, Solution Engineering, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles involving solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
- Strong systems thinking and experience solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources.
- Experience implementing complex SaaS environments at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, or ticketing systems.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
- Experience reading enterprise SaaS API documentation and performing data transformation and field mapping.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, risk-assessment, project-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows and use A/B testing to assess agent performance.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills.
- Prior conversation design, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, or A/B testing experience is preferred but not required.
