Base Salary

$150k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and technical architecture advice for client Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead pre-sales and engagement architecture activities, including solution design, feasibility validation, and technical proposal development.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommendations.
  • Model client processes, architectures, data structures, and supporting information.
  • Develop enterprise-grade Salesforce information architecture and processes.
  • Align business strategy with technology direction and establish architecture and development standards.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architectures.
  • Support project managers throughout the software development process.
  • Assign and monitor work for technical consultants while providing guidance and assistance.
  • Oversee solution development and configuration to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2+ years architecting within Salesforce and enterprise architecture experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
  • Mandatory Salesforce Developer, Consultant, and Architect certifications.
  • Extensive pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture experience.
  • Expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets, including familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Force.com Platform.
  • Previous Salesforce consulting or development experience and experience with related technologies.
  • Experience with integration and security design principles and preparing and presenting technical design documents.
  • Experience building engineering excellence across quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences and adaptability to new domain requirements.
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
