Base Salary

$178k - $289k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural plans and serve as the primary technical driver for Adobe digital experience and digital marketing solution delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams and align execution with documented customer business objectives.
  • Define project scope, delivery estimates, resource allocation, and project timelines based on licensing and implementation requirements.
  • Diagnose delivery challenges and create remediation plans that maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Architect and implement Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise platform solutions using APIs, cloud storage, structured and unstructured data, and data ingress and egress patterns.
  • Communicate technical solutions and delivery status effectively to technical, marketing, and C-suite customers.
  • Travel up to 20% within the United States and occasionally internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Digital Marketing, an MBA, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience architecting or implementing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories.
  • Previous consultative experience leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect or Principal Consultant.
  • Strong leadership and business-to-technical solution translation abilities.
  • Experience producing project scopes, delivery estimates, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
  • Experience diagnosing delivery challenges and developing effective remediation plans.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft, with emphasis on REST APIs, cloud storage, structured and unstructured data, security, and data ingress and egress.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
  • Preferred: current Adobe Certified Expert certification in AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront.
  • Preferred: knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journeys, including ad tech, CDP/DMPs, DSPs, marketing automation, personalization, content management, CRM, media execution, and reporting.
  • Preferred: experience architecting or delivering native, Flutter, or React Native mobile applications.
  • Preferred: experience using generative or agentic AI solutions or building AI agents.

Benefits

  • U.S. base salary range is $178,200–$289,000 annually, with location-based variation; the New York range is $199,600–$289,000.
  • Eligible non-sales employees may receive short-term incentives through Adobe's Annual Incentive Plan and certain roles may receive long-term new-hire equity awards.
  • Travel is required up to 20% domestically, with occasional international travel.
