Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create advanced solution designs and architectural visions.
- Develop and evaluate cloud-based and on-premises architectures for cost, performance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Prepare technical plans, detailed specifications, multiple design views, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Understand client requirements, conduct analysis, resolve problems, and support needs assessment and change management.
- Produce technology reports and roadmaps while staying current with industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams and mentor less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure and application software deployment using TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Advanced specialist knowledge of reference architectures.
- Extensive experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within large-scale technology services environments.
- Strong client engagement, consulting, needs assessment, and change management experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
