Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are reflected in the code.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI coding and automation tools for coding, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating their outputs.
- Analyze and visualize large, diverse datasets to identify problems and drive improvements to applications, coding hygiene, and system architecture.
- Support application resiliency, operational stability, and software delivery across multiple technical areas.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database-querying languages.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating, validating, and refining their outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, resiliency, security, and guiding peers on safe usage.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and solid understanding of application resiliency and security.
