Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technology services including deployments, configurations, knowledge transfer, upgrades, maintenance, and deprecation.
- Plan, install, and integrate Taurus solutions in physical, virtual, and hybrid IT environments.
- Provide advanced professional services including product customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain customer relationships while increasing product adoption and ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic advisor, advocate customer needs internally, and support the continued value of Taurus products and services.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve post-sales customer satisfaction.
- Organize and improve technical and user documentation for customers and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience integrating products in complex environments, including API debugging, Kubernetes deployments, and network issues.
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent customer-focused technical role.
- Experience with corporate IT environments and frameworks such as virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management.
- Experience with DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
- Ability to deploy simple and complex solutions and integrate them into existing production environments.
- Knowledge or experience in database management using SQL and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and willingness to travel regularly to customers.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
