Responsibilities
- Identify source-system tables and fields and build Celonis data extractions, transformations, and process data models.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain production automations using Celonis Action Flows and Process Orchestrator.
- Integrate automations with Flix backend systems and AI-driven chatbot and voicebot channels through APIs.
- Build scalability, error handling, monitoring, auditability, and safe change rollouts for automations handling real customer transactions and money.
- Reverse-engineer, document, harden, and extend automation logic and data models transferred from an external implementation partner.
- Gather requirements from business users and collaborate with data analysts and IT engineering on business logic, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Document technical requirements, data requirements, ETL work, and automation work to Centre of Excellence standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building production automations on process orchestration or automation platforms.
- Proven ownership and delivery of solutions handling transactions at scale, including more than 1 million transactions annually.
- Experience with Celonis Data Integration, PQL, Knowledge Models, Action Flows, and Process Orchestrator is strongly preferred.
- Relevant experience with n8n, Camunda, UiPath, Power Automate, or Make is accepted.
- Working SQL and data-modeling fundamentals, including case ID identification, join-grain control, and source validation.
- Understanding of CRM, ticketing, order-management, and ERP systems, including their data structures, process flows, and business logic.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication, webhooks, rate limits, and JSON and XML data exchange formats.
- Ability to independently read API documentation, reason about integration patterns and cross-system data flows, and communicate technical decisions to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal English communication and strong technical documentation skills.
- Python or similar scripting experience and hands-on chatbot or voicebot integration experience are preferred but not required.
- Comfort working in a hybrid technical-business role and taking ownership of production systems.
