Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate enterprise security systems including identity and access control.
- Own end-to-end identity and access workflows, ensuring role-based access and ongoing hygiene.
- Support employees by resolving access and device issues with durable solutions.
- Implement scalable security-first onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Design and maintain integrations across enterprise security systems for consistency and reliability.
- Automate processes to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
- Operate and improve endpoint management systems balancing security and usability.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of enterprise security sources of truth.
- Collaborate with the Security team to enhance detection and response capabilities.
- Continuously evolve enterprise security controls and contribute to a strong security culture.
- Support access reviews, audits, and investigations with high-quality system design.
- Maintain clear documentation and operational processes for resilience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise systems like identity providers and access management.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about workflows and operational risk.
- Comfort in designing access models and operational processes.
- Ability to automate operational work and improve systems over time.
- Effective user support with a focus on durable fixes.
- Clear communication skills regarding systems and security implications.
- Low ego, strong ownership mindset, and good judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in high-growth or resource-constrained environments.
