Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to embed security in feature design and development.
- Balance security needs with delivery timelines and communicate risks effectively.
- Stay updated on new technologies and foundational security practices.
- Identify and assess security risks associated with AI tools.
- Utilize AI-assisted tooling for security tasks like triage and threat detection.
- Work across multiple security domains and assist with various security processes.
- Build relationships and trust across the organization to enhance security posture.
- Take ownership of your work and ensure customer data security.
- Contribute to security metrics and roadmap improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a security or development role.
- Experience collaborating with teams on security design and implementation.
- Ability to triage issues and assist teams in remediation.
- Familiarity with external penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Experience configuring and tuning security tooling like SAST and DAST.
- Knowledge of build/deployment pipelines incorporating security tooling.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in languages/frameworks such as .NET/C#, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell or Bash.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and security applications.
