Base Salary
$99k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack web applications while providing technical leadership on software architecture and improvements.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, program management, and customers on software lifecycles, technical designs, and roadmaps.
- Lead business-readiness activities and work with UX/UI designers to turn designs into production-ready code.
- Deploy and maintain mission-essential systems using DevOps tools, containerization technologies, and Git best practices.
- Debug full-stack issues, participate in code reviews, and improve application reliability and performance.
- Conduct usability research and market analysis to translate customer needs into technical requirements and basis of estimates.
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- Experience developing applications for commercial cloud technologies, including AWS C2E and GovCloud.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Groovy, Grails, and Angular.
- General knowledge of Python and Java backend development.
- Knowledge of software-as-a-service, microservices, containerization, cross-browser compatibility, web user-interface design, security principles, object-oriented design, and web services.
- Experience with Nexus, Artifactory, Jenkins, Harbor, Docker, and other common DevOps tools.
- Experience ingesting requirements and generating basis of estimates.
- Experience leading or integrating Agile methodologies and supporting high-uptime mission-essential systems.
- Top Secret clearance required to begin employment and TS/SCI clearance required for continued employment.
