Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and configure custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to gather requirements and make key technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications while improving functionality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Manage team execution, participate in team decisions, and conduct regular team meetings.
- Mentor junior team members and translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in JavaScript.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Git and responsive design principles.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- 15 years of full-time education.
