Responsibilities
- Provide senior solution architecture leadership and strategic technical direction for the global Microsoft Frontier Innovation portfolio.
- Translate business priorities, client needs and market opportunities into scalable solution architectures and implementation approaches.
- Develop architecture blueprints, solution patterns, design principles and reusable components.
- Conduct architecture reviews and assess solution scope, integration, data flow, security, scalability, performance, support and operational handover readiness.
- Coordinate global stakeholders across EY, Microsoft, alliance, technology, delivery, regional, sales, marketing and GDS teams.
- Maintain architecture trackers, readiness summaries, executive reports and governance materials.
- Support activation planning, enablement, commercialization and market scaling for prioritized solutions.
- Ensure responsible AI, risk, privacy, security, compliance and governance considerations are incorporated into solution design.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, enterprise or cloud architecture, digital transformation, innovation management, technology program enablement or strategic technology operations.
- Experience designing, shaping or advising on complex cross-functional technology solutions across regional or global stakeholder groups.
- Experience with architecture governance, technical documentation, solution readiness tracking, architecture reviews, risk identification and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, prioritization and executive presentation skills.
- Experience with technology-enabled transformation, cloud, AI, automation, data, security or digital solution portfolios.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in technology, engineering, computer science, business, innovation management or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft ecosystem programs, alliance management, co-sell motions, marketplace offerings, technology partner ecosystems, reusable solution assets and global professional services or delivery environments.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, security, compliance, commercialization, go-to-market activation and innovation lifecycle management.
