Responsibilities
- Produce solution and infrastructure deliverables using coding and programming skills within project timelines and specifications.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting for moderately complex project components.
- Maintain and enhance systems by resolving complex errors, raising risks, and escalating issues.
- Gather user requirements and translate solution architectures and designs into technical specifications.
- Design integrated, scalable, compliant Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration solutions.
- Define standards, architecture patterns, governance approaches, and development best practices.
- Develop and promote best practices for platform usage, operations, and application development.
- Monitor emerging technologies and identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Work with stakeholders and distributed global teams as a solution architect and trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint on-premises and online, including modernizing and extending solutions beyond platform constraints.
- Hands-on expertise with SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams app development, .NET, C#, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong front-end development skills using TypeScript, React, Angular, and Fluent UI.
- Experience with PowerShell and PnP for automation, provisioning, and enterprise governance.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Dataverse, Power Platform, custom applications, and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and secure enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, PCF Controls, and Power Platform governance.
- Strong architectural thinking, analytical ability, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and with globally distributed teams.
