Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration, content, and modern workplace solutions.
- Develop, debug, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance custom applications and integrations.
- Capture user requirements and translate solution architectures into detailed design specifications.
- Define and promote technical standards, architecture patterns, development practices, and governance approaches.
- Design secure integrations across multiple systems using APIs and modern application architectures.
- Automate provisioning, operations, and governance using PowerShell and PnP Framework.
- Monitor emerging technologies, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Work with clients and stakeholders as a solution architect and trusted advisor across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint on-premises and online, including modernization beyond platform constraints.
- Hands-on expertise with SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams app development, .NET/C#, REST and SOAP integrations, and enterprise solution design.
- Strong front-end development skills with TypeScript, React, Angular, and Fluent UI.
- Experience with PowerShell, PnP Framework, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and enterprise governance.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, secure enterprise integrations, and cloud-native application architectures.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Azure DevOps, and source control.
- Desirable experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and PCF Controls.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to operate independently or with minimal supervision and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
