Responsibilities
- Build the core agent harness, including orchestration, tool execution, integrations, evaluation gates, state persistence, error recovery, and observability.
- Ship AI and agentic systems to production and operate deployment, monitoring, rollback, controlled release, and self-healing capabilities.
- Build evaluation and verification infrastructure, including regression suites, tests, linters, contract checks, and automated AI-judging systems.
- Develop platform components and integrations connecting AI agents to Autodesk, SAP, Databricks, and other enterprise systems and data.
- Set implementation patterns, write reference code, conduct deep code reviews, and raise engineering quality across the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated senior individual-contributor depth shipping complex production systems.
- Hands-on experience building and operating production AI or agentic systems, including taking an LLM- or agent-powered system to production.
- Experience implementing orchestration, tool or function calling, evaluation, context management, and multi-step or multi-agent handoffs.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in testing, CI/CD, observability, and error handling applied to nondeterministic AI systems.
- Production cloud operations experience, ideally architecting, deploying, and operating AWS workloads.
- Experience building reliable data and integration pipelines between enterprise systems such as ERP, SaaS APIs, data warehouses, or lakehouses.
- Strong communication skills for working with engineers, managers, and executives.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with agent frameworks or SDKs, multi-agent or planner/generator/evaluator architectures, AI evaluation frameworks, Databricks or similar lakehouse platforms, MCP servers, non-software-company engineering organizations, and open-source or public technical work.
