Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP Master Data solutions across customer, supplier, product, material, and business partner domains.
- Provide advanced production support, handle level 2 ServiceNow incidents, and lead level 1 teams during service interruptions.
- Define data governance policies, workflows, validations, approval processes, data standards, ownership, and quality metrics.
- Support master data migration, cleansing, enrichment, reconciliation, mapping, transformation, and integration activities during SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Configure and support SAP MDG, SAP Fiori, CVI mapping, BRF+, workflows, and SAP BRIM components.
- Analyze and implement Quote-to-Cash and subscription billing processes, including pricing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue management.
- Design and troubleshoot integrations between SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, CRM, Salesforce, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Lead requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, testing, deployment, hypercare, enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Prepare and deliver customer workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and independently complete complex projects with significant long-term impact.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Expertise implementing SAP MDM solutions for customer, vendor, and material master data in large-scale projects.
- Expert-level SAP functional configuration experience in material, customer, supplier, business partner, and CVI master data.
- Experience with SAP MDG or equivalent master data governance processes and full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- Experience integrating SAP Master Data with SAP and non-SAP applications, especially WMS and GTS.
- Strong understanding of third-party interfaces, KAFKA, ASAPIO, IDoc types, and data conversion processes.
- Experience with BRF+, Fiori, workflow enhancements, IDoc, OData, and REST API implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP BRIM, including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Convergent Mediation.
- Experience with 3PL business models, supply chain, or pharmaceutical operations is a plus.
- SAP MDG certification is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
