Base Salary
$220k - $293k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Integrations platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of core integration components.
- Serve as a hands-on expert in software design and system architecture.
- Guide the team’s use of AWS services for scalable integration workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate with third-party platforms like Salesforce and Workato.
- Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering quality.
- Mentor and support engineers through design reviews and technical coaching.
Requirements
- Have 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend and systems integration.
- Possess strong startup experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and building robust APIs and scalable architectures.
- Have experience in performance analysis and application monitoring tools.
- Be proficient in at least two programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Have strong AWS experience, particularly with data and integration services.
- Be experienced with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Show strong deployment savviness and commitment to operational excellence.
- Bring a product mindset and pragmatic approach to technical decision-making.
- Have a strong mentoring orientation.
